Witton's Academy team had to settle for a point against Mickleover Sports at Moss Farm on Wednesday afternoon, when the two sides met in a Joma Division fixture.

A strong first half performance was rewarded as Owen Wynne gave Witton the lead and they took that advantage into the break. Shortly after the interval, Owen Wynne added his second to give Albion what appeared to be a comfortable lead but Mickleover Sports fought their way back into the game soon afterwards when Rashaan Taylor-Anderson reduced the arrears.

As the game was nearing it's conclusion, Mickleover Sports salvaged a point when defender Harley Kozluk equalised with five minutes remaining to deny Witton the three points.
