Academy team win again.

Witton's Academy team followed up their success in the NPL Football Academy Cup last week by beating Mossley in the Joma Division fixture at Seel Park on Wednesday afternoon. The game appeared a very tight contest in the first half as the two sides went in level at half time.

Albion took control early in the second half when Jordan Coles gave them the lead and leading scorer Owen Wynne added a second shortly afterwards. The third goal came shortly before the final whistle courtesy of an own goal to give Witton three more points that see them climb to fifth in the table whilst leaving Mossley rooted at the bottom.
