Witton are joined in the Semi Finals by Mickleover Sports (Red), who overcame Warrington Town (Yellow) 5-4 on penalties following a 2-2 draw & Matlock Town (Blue) who beat Matlock Town (White) 2-0.
The final place will be decided on Monday afternoon when Belper Town meet Radcliffe Borough.
