Witton travel to the Staffordshire Moorlands on Saturday afternoon when they visit Leek Town in a Northern Premier League West Division fixture.

Another spell of two weeks without a game for Jon Macken’s team and that doesn’t help their preparations but that’s beyond their control.

The Blues finished last season as runners up to Champions Macclesfield FC but were beaten in the Play off semi finals by Runcorn Linnets.

They currently sit fourth in the table and have won five of their seven home games so far, losing the other two.

Witton will have good memories of their last visit following a 1-0 win last season courtesy of now departed midfielder Sam Billington’s goal from a free-kick.

The game also gives Albion the chance to pick up back to back victories on the road following their success at Newcastle Town.

Witton have boosted their squad in recent days with the signing of midfielder Brandon Newell from Stalybridge Celtic, but also the welcome return of Elliot Rokka will have given everyone hopes for the future and cause for optimism.

Games against Leek are always tough challenges for anyone and Witton will expect this to be the case this time.

Kick off at the F Ball Community Stadium is 3pm.

Parking: Parking is limited on the Car Park but roadside parking is available on the opposite side to the ground. Please note: Supporters are advised not to park on the roadside nearest the ground as police are likely to ask you to move.

Admission: The turnstiles are at the far end of the Car Park.

Social Club: The Blues Bar is open before each game, at half-time and after the final whistle but is only accessible from within the stadium before the game.

Refreshments: The Tea Bar within the stadium sells a variety of Hot Food(Pies, Burgers, Pasties, Chips etc), Hot & Cold drinks & Confectionery.
