Witton Albion got back to winning ways as they came from behind to secure a 2-1 victory over Atherton Collieries at Wincham Park.
Carl Macauley's side started the encounter brightly but suffered a setback after 19 minutes when Louis Myers opened the scoring for the visitors with a deft finish inside the penalty area.
Albion kept plugging away, however, and were handed the perfect opportunity to level on 39 minutes.
A poor pass was intercepted by on-loan striker Danny Mitchley who was through one-on-one with the Colls goalkeeper Paddy Wharton. The Radcliffe man rounded the shot-stopper and produced an excellent finish from an acute angle to level things up at 1-1.
Witton took the lead straight from the second half restart. Mitchley found Danny McKenna with a lovely round-the-corner pass, who then sent in a delightful cross to the back post where Will Jones was on hand to head past Wharton.
Colls pushed to get back into the game and had a shot against the foot of the post as well as a goalmouth scramble to show for their efforts, but the ball wouldn't go in and Albion collected the three points for the first time since December 7.
