• Exceptional knowledge of non-league football, in particular the Northern Premier League (or equivalent)
• A proven ability to identify, recruit and develop talent
• A proven track record of securing results on the field
• Outstanding leadership qualities and an excellent communicator
• A role model for code of conduct behaviours in the game and highly supportive of standards for equality, diversity and inclusion in line with FA guidelines
• Good understanding of financial planning and success in managing a playing budget
• A commitment to the values of our community football club
• Exceptional man management and leadership skills
