First trip of pre-season - Vauxhall Motors (23.7.19)

On Tuesday evening (23 July), Carl Macauley's Witton Albion play their third pre-season friendly of 2019 as they travel to Vauxhall Motors.

After two home fixtures so far, against Crewe Alexandra and Northwich Victoria, Albion embark on their first trip as they head to Ellesmere Port.

A 3-0 defeat to Crewe in the pre-season opener was followed up with a penalty shoot-out victory over Vics in the Vijay Anthwal Shield on Saturday afternoon.

Albion will be looking to build on the previous two performances when they take on North West Counties outfit Vauxhall Motors at the Syncreon Arena.

Our opponents have played three pre-season friendlies so far this summer, suffering a 3-2 defeat to Chadderton, beating Prestatyn Town 2-1 before a 2-1 loss to Burscough last weekend.
