Witton Albion Academy team are in action on Wednesday afternoon when they welcome Matlock Town (Blue) in an NPL Football Academy Joma Division fixture. The two sides have begun their campaigns in fine form with the Derbyshire club currently second in the table with a four point cushion over third-placed Albion and also having played a game less. Last season's games between the two sides were both very close and keenly contested and this game will prove just as challenging. Witton have begun the season well and will need to continue in that form if they are to keep up their challenge at the top of the table. The game is being played at Sandbach Community Football Centre with a 12noon kick off.

Directions: M6 to junction 17, take the A534 towards Sandbach, continue to traffic lights and go straight across. At roundabout, take the 2nd exit, continue to next roundabout and take the 1st exit onto Crewe Road. Stay on this road for 1 mile and turn right at the traffic lights into Hind Heath Road ground approx ¾ mile on the right. The Community Football Centre is opposite Sandbach Cricket Club.
